Interior Design or Remodel Consultations

Initial Concept Phase

Our Principle Designer will work with the homeowner on the initial concept phase and provide an in home consultation discussing your design style and vision.  We will take this time to learn about you, your family's lifestyle and your vision for your space.

Interior Design Projects:  We will discuss options for furniture and decorative accent placement that will utilize your existing items or suggest new items to create and complete your design aesthetic.  

Remodeling:  We will discuss the scope of work and how we can assist you in this process.  We can provide Project Management, an Architect, Materials, Vendors, Labor, and Finish Out.

Design Phase

This part of the process is when we will discuss the design ideas we have pulled together based on our time together during the Design Consultation.  We will have created a Design Plan that documents existing product in the home, how it will be utilized or revamped; what is needed to complete the look; with the overall plan and a budget discussed and agreed upon.

Design Implementation Phase

We will price out all items needed for the complete scope of work. Once the client reviews and agrees to move forward we will fulfill all ordering and expediting of the product and labor required. Next, we’ll collaborate with the vendors, craftspeople, contractors and artists who implement our vision for your project, perform regular site visits, and oversee full-day installations to make your dreams come true.

Color Consultations

Another exciting part of our business to provide a 1 hour in-home color consultation to update and coordinate a new color palette for your room of choice. This can completely update the look of your room and/or change the personality of your home in one fell swoop.

New Home Design Consultations

Many times when a family is building a custom home they are in need of a Designer with Home Building experience.  We would be responsible for assisting clients with all design selections from brick to carpet.  These selections would then be used for estimating and forwarding to the building supervisor for implementation during the building process.  This experience in the trade makes Dana an invaluable asset for her clients as she has the experience and knowledge to keep the job flowing in a timely manner and in budget.
